Empowerment of Children –International Kids’ Workshop™
The 8th International Conference for Person-Centered and Experiential Psychotherapy and Counseling is to be held June 30 – July 4 in Rome, Italy.
International Kids Workshop- Recognizing and empowering the strong qualities within children. A new way of empowering children in this time of change and transformation.
The Kids’ Workshop™ is a cross-culturally effective program designed to help children recognize, maintain and express their innate person centered qualities and to be creative, have high self esteem, and to appreciate nature.
This presentation will give an overview of how Person Centered qualities are brought out and supported with children through the program. Participants will be aware of how this program is cross cultural and can help to prevent many problems children have. A video will be shown of the presenter working with Normal school children in Rome, Italy, children in America, and with Refugee children in Europe from Iran, Africa, Russia, Shi Lanka, and Poland.
